The apartment is approximately 135 sqm and located on the first floor, accessible via a staircase with 27 steps. The entrance opens onto a small hallway connecting the kitchen, living room, and sleeping area. The kitchen is spacious and arranged on two sides, featuring an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and a small connected balcony.
The living area is bright and welcoming, with a dining table, designer seating, a large corner sofa, and a TV. On the main level there are two queen bedrooms, both with adjacent bathrooms, as well as a storage room with dryer.
From the living room, an iron staircase leads to the upper level, where you will find a third sleeping area with a double bed, a single sofa bed, and a bathroom. This level also opens onto a small pocket terrace furnished with a table, two chairs, and ornamental plants.
The apartment is part of a recently renovated property that originally combined family living spaces and artisan workshops, now transformed into six independent apartments. • the upper attic level, where the double bed and single sofa bed are located, has uneven ceiling heights, including in the bathroom
• parking is not available on site; several paid parking options are available nearby and detailed information will be provided after guest registration through the link sent after booking
• a travel crib for infants is available and will be prepared with linens and towels only upon request
• pets are not allowed
• the property is located in an urban area near Florence’s main train station, so normal city noise, including train sounds, may occasionally be heard
