The master bedroom offers a cozy stay, while a modern bathroom and a panoramic terrace complete the space. Free underground parking is available (max car width: 180 cm).

The house is perfect for reaching the historic center on foot.

Please note: The private underground parking is reserved for vehicles with a maximum width of 1.80 meters. Access to the parking is not guaranteed for vehicles with a wider width.
Please note: It is not recommended to stay for 4 adults as the double sofa bed is not entirely comfortable for 2 adults.
The sofa bed in the living room will be prepared only for bookings with 3 or 4 people. In other cases it will be prepared only upon request of the guest.
The apartment does not have a cot or cots for babies.
