Casa Anna - Charming central apartment

Welcome to Casa Anna, a cozy apartment in the heart of San Niccolò, one of Florence's most charming historic neighborhoods. This traditional Florentine-style apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom. Located on the third floor (without an elevator), the apartment offers all modern comforts: iron, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating.

The entrance connects all the rooms of the apartment. On the left is a convenient storage room with a washing machine and dryer, the fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom with shower. The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.
On the right is the sleeping area, consisting of a spacious double bedroom with a closet and wall-mounted air conditioning, and a single bedroom with a ceiling fan.
The entrance also leads to the living room, a relaxing space with a sofa bed, television, and wall-mounted air conditioning. Thanks to its practical layout and well-organized spaces, the apartment is a comfortable and picturesque solution for those wishing to stay in the historic center of Florence.
The apartment also features high-speed Wi-Fi, heating, an iron, and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay in Florence.

Before booking, please note:
• The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator (approximately 40 steps).
• The apartment does not have private parking.
• The sofa bed in the living room is automatically prepared for bookings of 4 or 5 guests. For bookings with fewer guests, it can be prepared upon request.
• Air conditioning is available only in the living room and the master bedroom.
• The single bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan but does not have air conditioning.
• The apartment does not have a crib.
