A romantic retreat in the authentic heart of the Oltrarno neighborhood, ideal for couples, families, and small groups of up to four people. This intimate and welcoming apartment is located on Costa dei Magnoli, one of Florence's most characteristic streets, boasting evocative views and a timeless atmosphere. Just steps from Ponte Vecchio, you can experience the true essence of the city, amidst its winding alleys and the unmistakable charm of Florentine life.

The apartment is located on the first floor, reached by approximately 18 steps, within an elegant historic building. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a fully equipped kitchen with charming exposed wooden beams, which conveniently connects the sleeping and living areas.
The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a private bathroom, consisting of an anteroom with sink and washing machine and a second area with toilet, bidet, and shower. On the opposite side, the kitchen leads to the living room, furnished with a dining table, TV, and a queen-size sofa bed (140x200 cm), accommodating two people. The living room also features a convenient bathroom with toilet and laundry area, no shower.
The apartment is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room (where the sofa bed is located), ensuring comfort in all seasons.

The house is located in the heart of the historic center, within the restricted traffic zone. It is located:
• 200 meters from Ponte Vecchio
• 500 meters, a 10-minute walk, from Piazza della Signoria

Distance from Florence Airport (Vespucci):
11 kilometers, approximately 25 minutes by taxi
Distance from Florence Central Station (SMN):
1.4 kilometers, a 20-minute walk, approximately 10 minutes by taxi

Parking options (which we will provide after booking and guest registration) are:
• Paid public parking (hourly or daily rates) about a 10-minute walk from the apartment
• Paid private parking about a 2-minute walk from the apartment

PLEASE NOTE:
The apartment is on the first floor, with no elevator, and is accessed via approximately 18 steps.
The sofa bed in the living room will only be prepared for bookings of 3 or 4 people. In other cases, it will be prepared only upon guest request.
The apartment does not have parking. Advice on local parking and other useful information will be provided after booking and checking in.
The apartment does not have a crib.
