This apartment, intimate and cozy, is located on the Costa dei Magnoli, one of the most characteristic streets of Firenze, with suggestive scenery and a timeless atmosphere. As soon as you pass the Ponte Vecchio, you will experience the essence of the city, the living room and the incomprehensible fascination of Florentine life.

The house does find the first piano, raggiungibile with circa 18 stairs, inside an elegant historic palazzo. At the entrance you will find an attractive kitchen with suggestive work in plain sight, close to the camera and let it be in the dark. The chamber has a private bathroom with anti-bathroom equipped with laundry and lavatrice, and a second area with toilet, bidet and doccia. On the other hand, the kitchen leads to the bedroom with a dining table, TV and a practical ripostiglio. The house is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning in a camera and a sunny room.
