In one of the two units, you will be welcomed by frescoed ceilings, original 15th-century terracotta floors, and historic furnishings that reflect the most authentic soul of the city. This unit features two double bedrooms, an elegant living room with sofa, armchairs and dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom.
The other unit is bright and airy, with a spacious living area that integrates kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a double sofa bed. From the windows you can glimpse the Dome of the Cathedral and Giotto’s Bell Tower, a detail that makes every awakening even more special. The double bedroom, set on a slight split level, has a private bathroom with shower, while a second guest bathroom completes the space.

The residence consists of two separate units: “Ardengo” with two double bedrooms; “Torquato” with one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The two units are located opposite each other and share the landing on the same floor of the historic building.
Both units are located on the second floor without an elevator. Approximately 50 steps.
Each apartment provides one baby cot. Baby cots will be prepared upon request.
