La Stalla, is a beautifully renovated rustic villa with garden, fully air-conditioned and in a fantastic central location. This is the perfect location from which to explore the historic center of Florence, Tuscany and its main cities.
On the ground floor there is a large and charming living room, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite) and a fully equipped kitchen. Two French windows lead to the terraced garden where there is a shaded dining area. The garden, of about 1000 square meters completely fenced, surrounds the house and can accommodate a car in its asphalted area.
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom. All obviously air-conditioned. A small bathroom complete with shower completes the floor.
On the lower floor there is a laundry area.
The house is perfect for reaching the historic center on foot.
