The villa is arranged over multiple levels and is surrounded by a large fully fenced private garden.
The entrance leads directly into the spacious living area, the heart of the house, from which all rooms can be accessed. Here guests will find a comfortable lounge area with sofas and TV, a large dining table, and a charming decorative fireplace. The kitchen is bright and functional, connected to the dining area and enjoying pleasant views of the surrounding greenery.
On the same floor, there is the main bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a French-size bed, while the other offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The living area and kitchen provide direct access to the outdoor spaces. Next to the kitchen, guests will find a pleasant outdoor dining area with a table and pergola, ideal for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners during the warmer months.
Upstairs, there is a second sleeping area consisting of a queen bedroom overlooking the garden and a single bedroom. A bathroom with shower serves both rooms.
A convenient laundry area is located on the lower level.
All bedrooms overlook the private garden, contributing to a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Outside, the approximately 1,000 sqm terraced garden extends over multiple levels and features trees, shrubs, and plants typical of the Tuscan landscape. • the property offers only one parking space inside the villa grounds

• the garden is a typical Tuscan countryside lawn and its appearance may naturally vary depending on the season and weather conditions
• the garden is equipped with an automatic irrigation system and gardeners may occasionally carry out maintenance work
• the fireplace in the living room is decorative only and cannot be used by guests
• a travel crib and high chair are available upon request only
